Changing and resetting your password (Microsoft 365)

How to change your password (when you know it)

1. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com
2. Sign in with your work email and current password.
3. Select Password → Change password.
4. Enter your old password, then your new password twice.
5. Click Submit.

How to reset your password (when you forgot it)

1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
2. Enter your work email address
3. Click Next.
4. Choose a verification method: SMS, alternate email or Microsoft Authenticator.
5. Enter the code you received.
6. Create a new password and click Finish.
